Roasted Brussels Sprouts…..

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Brussels Sprouts

1-2 TBSP Bacon Grease or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2-3 TSP High Quality Maple Syrup

Sea Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut the hard brown ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove and yellowing leaves. Rinse well, and slice in half.
  3. In a bowl toss the Brussels sprouts  in bacon grease or EVOO along with the Maple syrup until covered and sprinkle with sea salt as desired
  4. Pour the Brussels sprouts on a baking pan and bake 20-30 minutes, using a spatula once or twice to turn the sprouts or until they have achieved desired level of doneness
