Ingredients
1/2 can Coconut Milk
~1 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Tsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Fresh Ginger
1-2oz Tart Cherry Juice
Instructions
Through all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
Notes
- I love freeze dried Ginger from Gourmet Gardens as an alternative to keeping fresh ginger on hand
- Add more liquid as needed if smoothie is to thick
